My Neighbours and my house have the same windows. Why can't you use their measurements?
Unfortunately we’ve come to realize that not all windows are the same size even from the same unit. Most often they are off by 1/8″ to 1/16″ of an inch which can make the screens either come off loose or would just not fit in at all. That is why we have a protocol to have them all measured to be custom made.
Usually between 5-10 business days. We try our best to get them installed ASAP but it really depends on how busy we are at that moment.
Why do you only use latches instead of magnets on your screen doors?
We originally started off using both magnets and latches for our retractable screen doors but magnets turned out to be too unreliable as it detached randomly and has slammed onto kids, pets and elderly.

Sam came out and installed a latch style screen door for our French doors and did a fantastic job! From the point of contact to delivery was a total of 8 days, really quick delivery and service. I Would highly recommend Sam to anyone, his customer service and touch of humour is unbeatable. We absolutely love getting the fresh air with the doors wide open and it does an amazing job at keeping the bugs out!
